Roger spent twenty-two years in the United States Navy and served as a Commanding Officer three times including Captain of the USS Frederick, home ported in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The Perkins know what you go through because the family moved fourteen times in those twenty-two years, bought and sold homes from the east to the west coast in up and down markets and evaluated school systems in many states.

After retirement from the United States Navy, there was no doubt that the Jacksonville area would be home for The Perkins Team, who settled in Eagle Harbor on Fleming Island in Clay County. Roger and Patricia’s first priority was to buy investment real estate. It soon became apparent that Roger and Patricia’s love of people made it a natural fit to enter the field of residential real estate. Roger and Patricia Perkins started Perkins Realty and now serve Jacksonville, Orange Park and Clay County.

Jeff Perkins has headed up marketing for The Perkins Team since the team was founded in 2003. In addition to his marketing duties, he is also the head of technology. Jeff now heads up Property Management for Perkins Realty. A licensed REALTOR®, Jeff will be added as a Broker for Perkins Realty in 2008.

Cindy and her husband Rick live in Fleming Island where they retired after a military career including two European tours and five stateside moves. She can certainly empathize with home buyers relocating to a new area. With over ten years of real estate sales experience in Northeast Florida, Cindy knows the area well and can save you countless hours while searching for your next home.

Paul Napierala
Buyer's Specialist

Paul Napierala served nearly 21 years as an Army officer whose last duty was as a Lieutenant Colonel stationed at The Pentagon. Following his military career, which included 13 moves, he remained in Northern Virginia working as a high school guidance counselor and also coaching three Varsity sports. In 2001, he and Pat, his wife of 39 years, relocated to Fleming Island where Paul began his third career: real estate.

Initially, he worked exclusively in new construction, gathering a wealth of information about the builders in the Jacksonville area. Then he joined the Perkins Team as its first Buyer's Specialist. His extensive knowledge of the area and in-depth awareness of the local real estate market coupled with his absolute integrity and genuine concern for his customers have earned him high praise, and referrals, from them.

Peggy Goss
Buyer's Specialist

Peggy Goss has lived in Orange Park for 17 years with her husband, Bill who is a retired Navy pilot. She has twins, Brian and Christie, who now attend college.

Originally a native of New Jersey, Peggy enjoys real estate as a way to show people the joys and benefits of the Florida lifestyle. Her role as buyer specialist allows her to focus on helping buyers find the very best home for their needs, a job she takes seriously, after countless family moves throughout her husband's career.
